Dinan is my favorite town in Bretagne. It is so quaint. Kurt and I have planned to take our aupair friends to Dinan for months now, but it was always too cold or raining. Well, of course, Kurt left and I am leaving in 3 weeks so last week we decided to go. The day was perfect. Overcast, but the sun came out a few times and it was 57 degrees!! We just walked all over the town taking picture. We had a great time.
We started from the Port de Dinan on the cute little river, the town is up and to the right.
This is the street that leads up to town. It is lined with artist studios and cafés.
Darling little cafe. They are everywhere!
Entering Dinan!
We saw this Western Shop with the American Flag, very curious…
I love the Chimneys
This building was built in the 1500’s…cool.
This is a cool old church. I found a stained glass window with a picture of St. Clement.
Chateau Dinan.
Darling building in the center of town.
The best way to end our tour de Dinan, eating yummy food from the Boulangerie!!
Great Day!
